4. Delivery and shipping:

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer separately unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty and liability:

ODJ-Group GmbH guarantees that its goods and services are free from defects and correspond to the agreed specifications. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

6. Retention of title:

The delivered goods remain the property of ODJ-Group GmbH until full payment has been made.

ODJ-Group GmbH undertakes to comply with legal data protection regulations and to treat the personal data of its customers confidentially.

Changes or additions to these terms and conditions must be made in writing. If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective, this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
